Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta met with Nitin Nabin, the new National President of the BJP, at the party headquarters to extend her best wishes. Gupta praised Nabin’s journey from a modest background to the prestigious role of National President, highlighting his dedication as a BJP worker. She emphasized the BJP’s commitment to youth empowerment by appointing Nabin as National President at the age of 45.

Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva accompanied Nabin on visits to various places of worship before his election. Nabin, along with Sachdeva, Delhi Government Ministers, and other BJP officials, offered prayers at different temples and a gurudwara in Delhi. The new BJP president was later joined by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah at his office for the official takeover.

During a meeting with BJP leaders and workers, PM Modi expressed his respect for Nitin Nabin, referring to him as his ‘boss’ and himself as a party worker. Modi highlighted Nabin’s blend of youthful energy and extensive organizational experience, noting the positive impact it would have on the party’s future endeavors.
