A Delhi court has extended the judicial custody of 10 individuals accused in the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak case until July 11. The accused were presented before the Rouse Avenue Court via video conferencing as their previous custody term expired. Among those whose custody was extended are Yash Yadav, Mangilal Biwal, Dinesh Biwal, and others.
Earlier, on June 15, the same court had prolonged the custody of these individuals until June 29. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) was also allowed to question some of the accused inside jail on specific dates for one hour each as part of the investigation.
The CBI has arrested a total of 13 suspects in connection with the case and is probing a network allegedly involved in obtaining and circulating NEET-UG question papers before the exam.
