The Delhi High Court has directed the removal of the song ‘Volume 1’ by rappers Yo Yo Honey Singh and Badshah from all social media and music streaming platforms. Justice Kaurav, after personally listening to the song, was shocked by its vulgar and derogatory content. Advocate Rupali Panwar stated that the court has issued a strict order to take down the song wherever it is published.

The advocate mentioned that although Honey Singh and Badshah denied singing the song, Honey Singh performed a part of it at a recent concert. The court has served notices to both artists and emphasized the need to remove the song completely. Panwar highlighted the judge’s surprise at the explicit lyrics of the song and criticized the artists for not taking moral responsibility despite their fame.

Panwar expressed disappointment in the celebrities for not acknowledging their past actions and urged them to apologize to their fan base. She emphasized that as public figures, they should set a better example and show accountability for their work.
