Delhi Lieutenant Governor T.S. Sandhu led a meeting of the Delhi Development Authority’s Advisory Council to assess progress on the upcoming Master Plan and sustainable development. Stressing technology-driven solutions, LG Sandhu highlighted the need to tackle urban challenges in the national capital effectively.
The meeting, attended by senior officials and Members of Parliament Ramvir Singh Bidhuri and Sudhanshu Trivedi, focused on combating illegal constructions. LG Sandhu directed the DDA to maintain zero tolerance against unauthorized encroachments and constructions by utilizing technology for real-time monitoring, enabling swift enforcement.
LG Sandhu reiterated the importance of a collaborative and transparent approach supported by technology in addressing Delhi’s urban challenges. He affirmed the commitment to creating a sustainable, resilient, and livable environment in #ViksitDilli. The meeting also discussed the upcoming Master Plan, enhancing civic frameworks, and ensuring planned and inclusive growth for the city.
