Delhi’s Minister for Social Welfare, Ravinder Indraj Singh, affirmed a zero-tolerance policy towards subpar development projects, promising strict action against officials who fail to meet deadlines. He assured residents of replacing deteriorating water supply and sewer lines while prohibiting unauthorized connections without approved building plans.
During his visit to various areas including Deep Vihar and Shiv Vihar, Ravinder Indraj engaged directly with residents, addressing concerns such as road construction, water supply, and sewer maintenance. He urged officials from different departments to promptly resolve grievances in a transparent and time-bound manner, emphasizing the importance of quality-driven solutions.
Under the guidance of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, officials were instructed to conduct regular inspections, monitor development quality, and maintain open communication with residents. The Minister stressed the government’s commitment to enhancing basic infrastructure like roads, sewerage, and sanitation in every colony to improve citizens’ quality of life. He reiterated his dedication to the comprehensive development of North West Delhi in collaboration with the community.
