The police are actively monitoring the situation with increased patrolling, rooftop surveillance, drone monitoring, and CCTV coverage to prevent any potential disturbances. To ensure a safe environment for Eid al-Adha, the Delhi Police have organized a flag march with over 900 staff deployed in key areas of the Central District. Similar flag marches have been conducted in the Central District, with personnel marching from Ajmeri Gate towards Jama Masjid.
In efforts to promote trust and coordination, Joint Commissioner of Police and other senior officers have engaged with local imams and community leaders.
