He shared the challenges faced during the shoot, mentioning the hurdles and interruptions experienced, including internal challenges within the team. Dosanjh expressed gratitude towards fans who downloaded the film before its removal and encouraged sharing the links for wider viewing.
Dosanjh revealed that due to the expected removal of the film from the OTT platform, the team opted for a guerrilla-style release strategy. He acknowledged the difficulties encountered during filming, emphasizing the disruptions and delays faced, and praised Honey Trehan’s dedication to the project. Dosanjh expressed relief at the film’s leak, stating it now belongs to the people.
The film, centered on human rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra and directed by Honey Trehan, premiered on ZEE5 in India as ‘Satluj.’ Despite its release, the film was unexpectedly removed from the Indian streaming platform on June 5.
