The conflict between Tej Pratap Yadav and his ex-personal assistant, Motilal Yadav, has intensified with fresh allegations from both sides. Tej Pratap Yadav has accused Motilal Yadav of fleeing after allegedly stealing cash, jewelry, electronics, and important documents from his official residence in Patna. An FIR has been filed at the Secretariat Police Station regarding the purported theft.
Meanwhile, Motilal Yadav’s wife, Preeti Bharti, has raised separate concerns about incidents at their home. She reported that unknown individuals entered their residence, confiscated family members’ mobile phones, and interrogated them about specific documents. The family is currently unaware of Motilal Yadav’s whereabouts and has been unable to reach him. Preeti Bharti expressed worries about her husband’s safety and the family’s well-being, seeking protection from the authorities.
A technical team from the Superintendent of Police’s office has visited Tej Pratap Yadav’s official residence to gather evidence. The investigation involves scrutinizing CCTV footage, examining nearby cameras, taking witness statements, verifying missing items, and analyzing digital evidence. Police are delving into all aspects of the case, with the alleged incident occurring on the night of June 22 at Tej Pratap Yadav’s official residence on Harding Road in Patna.
The complaint notes the disappearance of around Rs 20 lakh in cash, gold jewelry, electronic devices, and valuables from Tej Pratap Yadav’s residence. Tej Pratap Yadav stated that his driver and another associate witnessed Motilal Yadav leaving the premises with a bag on the night of the incident. Following the dispute, Tej Pratap Yadav stripped Motilal Yadav of all party roles, expelled him from the organization, and announced the dissolution of the party’s national and state bodies, planning to establish a new organizational team soon.
Both sides’ claims are under investigation, with the police examining evidence, recording statements, and reviewing technical material. The allegations of theft, Motilal Yadav’s disappearance, and his family’s accusations have yet to be independently verified.
