Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) President M.K. Stalin embarked on a two-week private trip to London to attend his grandson Inbanidhi’s graduation ceremony. Accompanied by his wife, Durga Stalin, he departed from Chennai International Airport for London via Dubai.
The primary purpose of the visit is to participate in Inbanidhi’s graduation, who has completed his studies in London. Stalin plans to congratulate his grandson on this achievement and spend quality time with family members. Following the ceremony, he is expected to enjoy a brief personal holiday in London, visiting tourist spots before returning to Chennai.
Stalin’s visit is purely personal, devoid of any official or political engagements. Before leaving for London, he received a warm send-off from senior DMK leaders and party members at the airport. Despite a recent electoral defeat, Stalin continues to lead the DMK and is actively involved in the party’s organizational and political affairs.
