The eagerly anticipated Malayalam medical crime thriller ‘Dose’, directed by Abhilash R Nair and starring actor Siju Wilson, will now feature actress Darshana Nair as Veni Vidyadaran. The film’s makers recently unveiled Darshana Nair’s character look through the official handle. Originally set for April 24, the film’s release has been rescheduled to May 22 for a more intense experience.
The decision to postpone the release was announced by the makers, citing the need for the “most intense experience possible.” Actor Siju Wilson shared the new release date on his Instagram, hinting at a thrilling narrative awaiting the audience. The film’s new poster teases the audience with the message, “The wait just got a little more intense. Our arrival in cinemas is being rescheduled. New date coming soon…”
Amidst high anticipation from fans and movie enthusiasts, ‘Dose’ has piqued interest by claiming to be inspired by true events. The storyline is said to revolve around a hospital crime and the subsequent investigations. Apart from Siju Wilson, the film will showcase talents like Drishya Raghunath, Krisha Kurup, Jagadish, Darshana Nair, Ashwin Kumar, and Rony David.
With a strong technical team, the film features cinematography by Vishnu Prasad, music by Gopi Sundar, and editing by Shyam Sasidharan.
