The Durand Cup Organising Committee revealed the schedule for the 135th edition of the tournament. The IndianOil Durand Cup will start with a match between Mohun Bagan Super Giant and East Bengal FC on July 25 in Kolkata. This edition will feature 24 teams across six groups and five cities, running until August 23.
The matches will be broadcast live on the Sony Sports Network and streamed on the SonyLIV app. The tournament will bring together top Indian clubs, services teams, emerging football institutions, and international participants. Kolkata will host the opening fixture, two quarter-finals, a semi-final, and the final.
The tournament’s format includes established powerhouses, new entrants, Services teams, regional champions, and international participation. The event will be spread across Kolkata, Ranchi, Imphal, Shillong, and Guwahati. The group stage will end on August 10 with Mohun Bagan Super Giant facing CISF Protectors.
