ED attaches assets worth Rs 54 crore in BluSmart Fleet case

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached assets worth Rs 54 crore, including an apartment in Gurugram and bank balances, in connection with the misuse of loans exceeding Rs 500 crore by companies linked to BluSmart Fleet. The ED issued a Provisional Attachment Order under the PMLA, 2002, pertaining to the Gensol Group.
Among the attached assets is Apartment No. CM 706-A, DLF Camellias, Gurugram, valued at Rs 40.57 crore, registered under Capbridge Ventures LLP, a Gensol Group company. Additionally, bank balances amounting to Rs 14.28 crore across various Gensol group companies were seized.
The investigation was initiated based on FIRs filed by the EOW, Delhi Police, against Gensol Engineering Ltd, BluSmart Fleet Pvt Ltd, Go Auto Pvt Ltd, and individuals associated with these companies.
