The company took to Instagram to inform followers about unauthorized individuals and fraudulent social media accounts misusing their identity to promote false casting opportunities for upcoming TV serials, web series, and movies. Balaji Telefilms emphasized that they do not solicit any registration fees, audition charges, or monetary deposits, and they never finalize agreements without prior in-person meetings at their official premises.
The production house has consistently warned the public about these fake casting calls and emphasized that legitimate recruitment and casting processes for their projects are only conducted through verified channels and official casting directors. They cautioned aspiring actors and directors to be vigilant, verify all credentials, and avoid sharing personal information or funds with unverified representatives claiming to represent Balaji Telefilms. The company also advised individuals to verify information solely through their official website and social media handles, highlighting that legal action could be taken against those misusing their brand name.
