An explosion targeted a railway track near the national highway in the Notal area of Nasirabad, Balochistan, Pakistan. The incident occurred when no trains were passing through the area, resulting in partial damage to the track. Fortunately, there were no casualties or property damage reported.

Following the explosion, police and security forces swiftly responded by cordoning off the area and launching a search operation to apprehend the perpetrators. As a precautionary measure, the movement of trains was temporarily suspended while railway authorities worked to repair the damaged section. Investigations have been initiated to identify those responsible for the attack.

In recent months, there have been several incidents targeting railway tracks in Balochistan. Last month, a bomb explosion damaged a portion of the track near Dera Murad Jamali, while in November, the Jaffar Express came under attack in the Bolan Pass area. Security forces and railway authorities remain vigilant to ensure the safety of passengers and infrastructure.
