The Fit India Carnival’s second edition is commencing at the JLN Stadium in New Delhi to celebrate health, sport, and community spirit, coinciding with International Women’s Day 2026. Scheduled for March 8, 9, and 10, the event will highlight women athletes, influencers, and fitness champions. Bandi Sanjay Kumar, MOS, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, will inaugurate the carnival alongside Secretary (Sports) Hari Ranjan Rao and other distinguished guests.

This edition will witness the participation of renowned personalities like Milind Soman, Ragini Dwivedi, Aishwarya Raj, Tarun Khanna, and Dr. Ririi Trivedi, among others. Notable athletes including Nandini Agasara, Garima Chaudhary, Tania Sachdev, Simran, and Taniksha Khatri will inspire attendees with their sporting journeys. The carnival aims to be inclusive for individuals with reduced mobility, facilitated by organizations like Svayam.

Attendees can look forward to cultural performances, interactive sessions, and fitness zones promoting health and mental well-being. The event targets a diverse audience, including students, athletes, employees, and women from all spheres of life. The Fit India Carnival encourages daily physical activity, emphasizing the motto “Fitness Ka Dose, Aadha Ghanta Roz.”

The Fit India Carnival follows its successful debut last year, uniting fitness enthusiasts, celebrities, and citizens in a festival promoting active lifestyles. Launched in 2019, the Fit India Movement strives to instill behavioral changes for a healthier India. Through initiatives like Sundays on Cycle, the movement fosters a community-driven approach to health and sustainability.
