Free meditation sessions held at Auro University in Hazira as part of the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference have seen over 200 participants, including delegates from the Ukrainian and Russian embassies. The sessions, organized by the Sri Aurobindo Integral Life Center, are scheduled daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for summit attendees. Participants are guided through meditation in dedicated facilities on campus, such as a meditation hall and a sound garden known as the Sensorium.
Delegates from the Ukrainian and Russian embassies, along with representatives from Japan, have taken part in the sessions, with positive feedback received from all. Notable attendees included Ukraine’s Ambassador to India, Oleksandr Polishchuk, and representatives from the Russian Embassy. The program, designed to engage visiting delegates beyond formal discussions, has also attracted officials from the Gujarat Police and other state departments.
The meditation sessions are being conducted in multiple batches to accommodate the high number of visitors, with arrangements made for interested participants to join until May 5. This initiative is part of the broader activities at the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference, aiming to provide a holistic experience for attendees. The program has witnessed a steady turnout over the first two days, reflecting the international presence at the summit.
