Gujarat BJP President Jagdish Vishwakarma criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for allegedly misleading young people regarding examination paper leaks. Vishwakarma claimed that instead of engaging in constructive parliamentary debates, the Opposition, including Gandhi, was exploiting the issue for political advantage. He emphasized the importance of addressing paper leaks as a national concern rather than a partisan or regional matter.

Vishwakarma stressed the need for all stakeholders to collaborate in the national interest to tackle the problem of paper leaks without politicizing the issue. He highlighted the BJP-led Central Government’s commitment to prioritizing students’ futures, ensuring strict punishment for wrongdoers, and preventing future incidents. The government’s swift actions in response to the NEET examination controversy were also mentioned, including the involvement of investigative agencies and the introduction of a computer-based examination system for transparency.

Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s announcement of establishing fast-track courts for paper leak cases, Vishwakarma applauded the decision as a significant step towards ensuring quick and severe punishment for offenders. He criticized the Congress for its protests and accused them of disrupting democratic norms by attempting to march towards the Prime Minister’s residence. Vishwakarma urged young people to focus on constructive nation-building efforts and avoid falling prey to what he termed as misleading and anarchic politics.
