The Gujarat Police, with intelligence from the Rajasthan Anti-Terrorism Squad, apprehended Krishna Kumar Agarwal, 46, in Mumbai for carrying illegal arms. The seized items included a ‘Made in USA’ shotgun, a country-made firearm, and 35 cartridges.

A team, coordinated by the Rajasthan Anti-Terrorism Squad, intercepted Agarwal in an MG Hector vehicle. The operation was overseen by officials like Dinesh M.N. and involved various law enforcement units.

Following a tip-off, the Rajasthan Anti-Terrorism Squad tracked the vehicle’s movement from Jaipur to Palanpur, Gujarat. The Banaskantha Police in Gujarat intercepted the vehicle and discovered the illegal weapons during a search.

The accused, Krishna Kumar Agarwal, was taken into custody for the possession and transportation of illicit arms. The public has been urged to report any information on illegal arms activities to the Anti-Terrorism Squad helpline for appropriate action.
