Gujarat’s official investment promotion agency, iNDEXTb, has achieved a Guinness World Records certificate for bringing together 350 exhibitors in just 11 days for a business exposition in Surat. The certificate was presented by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel during the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference in Vadodara. This feat was recognized as a world record for the highest number of exhibitors gathered in an 11-day period.
The record-breaking accomplishment was a result of collaboration between iNDEXTb and K and D Communication Limited for the Business Exposition held in Surat on May 2. A total of 350 exhibitors participated in the event within the 11-day timeframe, leading to the Guinness World Records recognition. Chief Minister Patel praised iNDEXTb for its achievement, emphasizing its role as Gujarat’s official investment promotion agency.
iNDEXTb serves as a crucial point of contact for investors looking to establish or expand operations in Gujarat. The agency aids investors by streamlining approvals, offering policy guidance, and liaising with government departments to simplify the investment process. During the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Summit in Vadodara, the Guinness World Records certificate presentation was a notable part of the event. Attendees, including government representatives and industry stakeholders, lauded iNDEXTb for its efforts in promoting industrial development in Gujarat. Chief Minister Patel also unveiled eight new Smart GIDC Estates in five districts, expanding the state’s industrial infrastructure.
