Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini recently met with Suzuki Motor CEO Toshihiro Suzuki in New Delhi. Suzuki assured that the company will continue expanding its investments in the state, emphasizing their commitment to India’s progress and Haryana’s development.
During the meeting, Chief Minister Saini highlighted the strong support Haryana has provided to Suzuki Motor and expressed confidence in the company’s continued investment in the state. CEO Toshihiro Suzuki mentioned the company’s focus on hybrid and CNG vehicles in India and expressed interest in manufacturing electric vehicles in Haryana in the future.
Chief Minister Saini also discussed plans to organize an International Gita Jayanti Mahotsav in Japan to strengthen cultural ties between Japan and Haryana. He invited Suzuki’s CEO to attend an International Gita Seminar as a distinguished guest at Tokyo University on June 20.
Suzuki CEO acknowledged the importance of communication and cooperation with the state government and expressed the company’s commitment to the compressed biogas sector. He revealed plans to establish biogas plants and manufacture strong hybrid vehicles at the Kharkhoda plant in Haryana. The Chief Minister assured full cooperation to support Suzuki’s production and sales efforts in the state.
