Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini expressed optimism about the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) increasing influence in Punjab, anticipating a BJP-led government in the 2027 Assembly elections. Saini praised the newly appointed Punjab BJP President Kewal Singh Dhillon for strengthening the party’s grassroots presence and positioning it as a catalyst for development and good governance in the state.

Saini, speaking at an event in Chandigarh to mark Dhillon’s assumption of office, commended Dhillon’s organizational skills and dedication to the party’s principles. He emphasized the BJP’s commitment to national interests and public service, highlighting its status as the world’s largest political party.

The Chief Minister underscored Punjab’s historical significance in national security, agriculture, and industry. He outlined the state’s aspirations for progress, job opportunities, and transparent governance, affirming the BJP’s dedication to realizing these goals through inclusive policies. Saini expressed confidence in the party’s revitalization under Dhillon’s leadership, aiming to enhance engagement across urban and rural constituencies.

Saini linked Punjab’s future growth to a BJP-led government, foreseeing increased investments, infrastructure development, and job creation. Encouraging BJP workers to promote the party’s agenda at all levels, he envisioned a political landscape centered on development and accountability. Saini urged collective efforts to position Punjab as a leading region through sustained development and shared vision.
