Adding to the anticipation for Rocking Star Yash’s “Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups,” the filmmakers have unveiled the stunning first look of actress Huma Qureshi as Elizabeth. Director Geetu Mohandas explained that Huma was chosen for the role of Elizabeth due to her exceptional acting skills and charismatic presence on screen.

The first look of Huma as Elizabeth showcases her in a haunting graveyard setting, surrounded by aged tombstones and imposing stone angels. Dressed in an elegant off-shoulder black outfit with striking sleeves, she stands next to a classic black car, exuding a captivating aura.
Written by Yash and Geetu Mohandas, “Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups” boasts a talented technical team including National Award winners Rajeev Ravi as cinematographer, Ravi Basrur as music composer, Ujwal Kulkarni as editor, and TP Abid as production designer.
The film features high-energy action sequences choreographed by Hollywood action director JJ Perry (known for “John Wick”) in collaboration with National Award-winning duo Anbariv & Kecha Khamphakdee. Produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Yash under KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, the movie is set to premiere on March 19, 2026, coinciding with Eid, Ugadi, and Gudi Padwa.
Filmed in Kannada and English simultaneously, “Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups” will also offer dubbed versions in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam.
