Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the upcoming joint launch of the TRISHNA satellite by India and France in the following year. This satellite mission aims to contribute to global water and food security. PM Modi made this declaration while addressing the Indian diaspora in Paris during the final phase of his visits to France and Slovakia. He highlighted that the TRISHNA satellite project is an extension of the collaborative efforts demonstrated at the AI Summits held in Paris last year and Delhi this year.

PM Modi emphasized that the current era will be remembered for India’s aspirations in the future. He mentioned that India is actively developing the ecosystem for the future, investing in various sectors that will influence the upcoming decades. The Prime Minister also referenced the recent “Bharat Innovates” program in Nice, which showcased India’s advancements in deep technology to a global audience. He noted the participation of 120 leading deep tech startups from India in the event, facilitating numerous B2B meetings and promoting global collaboration and innovation.

Relations between nations are now based not only on trade but also on trust, according to PM Modi. He highlighted the importance of reliable supply chains and stable partnerships in today’s world, where India is emerging as a trusted global partner. At the G7 meeting in Evian, PM Modi stressed the significance of partnerships built on trust and advocated for equal collaboration with countries from the Global South. India’s message at the G7 Summit emphasized the necessity for inclusive global governance, sustainable global growth through shared efforts, and the importance of trusted technology for the benefit of humanity.
