India is gearing up for the ‘Bharat Electricity Summit 2026’, a significant global conference focusing on the power and electricity sector. Scheduled to take place in the national capital from March 19-22, the summit aims to highlight achievements and pave the way for future advancements. Power Minister Manohar Lal emphasized that the event will unite technology providers, innovators, and decision-makers to drive progress collectively.
The theme of the four-day summit is “Electrifying Growth. Empowering Sustainability. Connecting Globally,” underscoring India’s role in the global energy transition. It will serve as a platform for domestic and international stakeholders to discuss the future of electricity and sustainable energy systems. The summit will include over 50 conference sessions, expert-led panel discussions, thematic pavilions, and technology showcases representing the entire electricity and clean energy value chain.
Featuring more than 500 exhibitors and expecting over 25,000 attendees, the summit aims to foster cross-border collaborations and attract investments for clean electricity deployment. A highlight of the event will be a ‘Buyer Seller Meet’ to facilitate partnerships and unlock new business opportunities in the global power supply chain.
