The IndiaAI Mission, led by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), has chosen 10 Indian Artificial Intelligence (AI) startups for its global acceleration program. This initiative, in collaboration with Station F in Paris and HEC Paris, aims to assist local companies in expanding internationally. Each cohort of 10 startups receives resources, mentorship, and access to international networks to facilitate their global growth.
Aligned with India’s National AI Strategy, the program focuses on fostering cross-border partnerships, exposure to global innovation ecosystems, and entry into international markets. The selected startups for the second cohort include AI Health Highway, Awiros, Cognecto, Flaunt, GreenFi.ai Climateforce Technologies, Infiheal Healthtech, InLustro Learning, PredCo, SkyServe (Hyspace Technologies), and TestAIng Solutions. These startups underwent a rigorous selection process and will engage in a structured program involving a three-week online preparation phase followed by a three-month residency in Paris.
During the residency period, participants will benefit from mentorship, interactions with industry experts, and networking opportunities with key players in the French and European technology sectors. In a recent update to Parliament, Union Minister of State for Electronics and IT, Jitin Prasada, disclosed that the IndiaAI Mission has integrated over 38,000 GPUs and approved 190 projects. Additionally, the Semicon India Programme has greenlit 10 semiconductor units to bolster domestic chip manufacturing. Notably, 38,231 GPUs are operational through a shared compute facility, offered to startups and academia at subsidized rates of approximately Rs 65 per GPU per hour.
