The sessions highlighted the Indian Army’s dedication to youth engagement, wellness awareness, and military-civil cooperation.
In Manipur, Assam Rifles organized comprehensive yoga sessions across multiple districts, focusing on the theme “Yoga for Healthy Ageing.” The events targeted longevity, preventive healthcare, and life discipline for all age groups, covering remote and border regions. The initiative saw a significant turnout of participants, including security personnel, civil officials, villagers, schoolchildren, and local community members.
Assam Rifles also utilized its community radio station to broadcast wellness programs, educating the public on healthy lifestyle choices and stress management.
