The Kharga Corps of the Indian Army’s Western Command initiated a 72-hour Exercise Recce to enhance combat readiness. Additionally, the Western Command hosted 100 NSS students and faculty at Chandimandir Military Station, offering them insights into the Indian Army’s operations and facilities.
In a separate event, the Army’s Central Command conducted ‘Exercise Vayu Prahar’ in Himachal Pradesh, emphasizing drone and counter-Unmanned Aircraft System operations. This exercise showcased the Army’s advanced surveillance capabilities and its ability to neutralize aerial threats effectively in challenging terrains. Lieutenant General Harbinder Singh Vandra inaugurated a modern ECHS Polyclinic in Cuttack, Odisha, underlining the Army’s commitment to providing quality healthcare to veterans and their dependents.
The new ECHS Polyclinic in Cuttack aims to offer comprehensive outpatient services, specialist consultations, advanced diagnostics, and medical support under one roof. This initiative reflects the Indian Army’s dedication to supporting ex-servicemen and their families with efficient and timely healthcare services.
