The Central Command of the Indian Army organized a hybrid session focusing on maternal care awareness and mindful living. The session, part of the ‘Project Garbh Sanskar,’ aimed to promote holistic maternal wellness through expert talks on diet during pregnancy and emotional well-being. Expectant mothers, spouses, and families actively participated, showcasing the Army’s dedication to informed parenting and compassionate care.

Expert speakers Reema Kumari and Varsha Kumari provided practical insights on diet and mind, supporting healthy motherhood. The event emphasized the importance of emotional well-being and a strong support system for families. The Army’s Central Command expressed greetings for the New Year 2026, highlighting their commitment to safeguarding the nation’s sovereignty and supporting communities.

2026 has been declared as the ‘Year of Networking and Data Centricity’ by the Indian Army. This initiative, part of the #DecadeofTransformation, aims to enhance connectivity, real-time decision-making, and combat effectiveness through indigenisation and digital integration. The Army’s focus is on strengthening resilience and agility for a future-ready force.
