The Indian Embassy in Lebanon has advised Indian nationals to avoid unnecessary travel and stay vigilant amidst ongoing tensions in the Middle East region. They are urged to follow locally advised safety and emergency procedures. In a recent advisory, the embassy emphasized the importance of staying cautious and contacting the embassy in case of emergencies.

India expressed deep concern over recent developments in Iran and the Gulf region, urging all parties to exercise restraint and prioritize civilian safety. The Ministry of External Affairs stressed the need for dialogue and diplomacy to de-escalate tensions. Indian missions in the region are actively engaging with Indian nationals, providing necessary guidance and support.

The Embassy of India in Tehran has also cautioned Indian nationals in Iran to exercise caution, avoid unnecessary movements, and stay indoors due to the evolving situation. They are advised to monitor the news closely and await further instructions from the embassy. In a similar vein, the Embassy of India in Doha issued an important advisory to Indian nationals in Qatar, emphasizing the need to stay informed and follow official guidance.

Amid the current regional situation, the Embassy of India in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has issued a travel advisory for Indian nationals in the UAE. They are advised to avoid non-essential travel, remain vigilant, and adhere to safety guidelines issued by the UAE authorities and the embassy. The Indian diplomatic missions in Abu Dhabi and Dubai are operating normally and are ready to provide updates as required.
