Haryana’s Director General of Police, Ajay Singhal, congratulated the Indian Tent Pegging team for their exceptional performance in the World Cup Qualifying Championship in Aqaba, Jordan. Assistant Sub-Inspector Jitender Singh from Haryana Police stood out in the competition, bringing pride to the nation and the state police. The DGP praised the team for raising India’s prestige globally through their dedication and hard work.
Brigadier (retired) Sandeep Singh Kashyap, Consultant K-9 and Mounted Police, received accolades for his guidance and support that enhanced the team’s preparation. The Indian team secured the third position overall in the competition, clinching a bronze medal. Individual player Dhanraj Sirsat showcased remarkable talent by winning bronze and silver medals in different events. The President of the International Tent Pegging Federation commended the team for their impressive performance.
