As the demand for safe and ethically sourced food increases worldwide, the ninth edition of ‘Indusfood 2026’ is set to link Indian producers with global markets. Scheduled from January 8-10 at the India Expo Centre and Mart, Greater Noida, this flagship global food and beverage sourcing exhibition anticipates participation from over 120 countries, with numerous verified global buyers and high-level international trade delegations expected.
Organized by the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI), the event aims to solidify India’s position as a reliable and competitive partner in global food supply chains. ‘Indusfood 2026’ will welcome various high-level global delegations, including leaders from trade associations in Turkey, Worldchefs President Chef Andy Cuthbert, Asia Continental Director Chef Willment Leong, and government officials and retail buyers from Fiji representing major supermarket chains.
The event, according to a Ministry statement, will bring together top Indian food producers, international buyers, policymakers, industry leaders, and global institutions on a unified platform to facilitate trade collaborations, bilateral engagements, and long-term partnerships. Union Minister of Food Processing Industries Chirag Paswan will formally inaugurate the event, demonstrating the government’s dedication to fortifying India’s food processing ecosystem, boosting export competitiveness, and broadening global market access for Indian food products.
A significant feature of Indusfood 2026 will be the introduction of initiatives like the India–UAE Food Corridor by Abu Dhabi Food Hub, with the goal of enhancing food security, optimizing supply chains, and accelerating bilateral food trade flows. Additionally, the exhibition will mark the 75-year milestone celebration by Saudi Arabian exhibitor Alsalan, highlighting Saudi Arabia’s enduring food trade history and its growing partnership with India. ‘Indusfood 2026’ will also showcase dedicated global business and logistics platforms, alongside international tasting and innovation sessions, including special tasting events.
