The International Schools Sports Organisation (ISSO) academy is dedicated to improving grassroots sports education in India through the PE Educators Upskill Program. This program, conducted at The Shri Ram School, Aravali, Gurugram, will involve 15 PE educators and basketball coaches for a globally aligned training experience.
Renowned Serbian basketball coach Veselin Matic will lead the program. Matic, known for his significant contributions to global basketball education, has vast experience working with national teams across Europe and Asia, including India from 2019 to 2025. His focus on player development and modern coaching systems has garnered international respect.
