In a separate security meeting at Lok Bhawan, authorities announced the reopening of educational institutions in several districts except Srinagar and Budgam. Kashmir University postponed scheduled exams, citing the need to announce new dates soon. Internet services remained limited to 2G speed to prevent the spread of provocative content.
Despite a minor clash in the Pattan area of Baramulla district, the day passed without any major incidents in the Valley. The focus on maintaining peace and security was evident, with measures in place to avoid disruptions and ensure public safety.
