Lopez explained that after working relentlessly for 98 consecutive days without a break, her body began to shut down while filming the movie ‘Enough’ in 2002.
During an interview on the SmartLess podcast, Lopez recounted pushing herself to the limit by filming daily, recording an album, and engaging in various other commitments simultaneously. She described a moment on the set of ‘Enough’ when she started feeling unwell, eventually losing her vision and mobility, leading to a trip to the hospital.
Reflecting on the incident, Lopez recalled being diagnosed with exhaustion and the realization that she needed to prioritize self-care. She emphasized the importance of taking better care of herself, especially after her divorce from Ben Affleck, as she recognized the significance of healing and self-love in her life.
