Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president K.T. Rama Rao announced his intention to send a legal notice to Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy. This action comes in response to allegations made by the Chief Minister linking him to a company involved in irregularities in the Intermediate examination results. Rama Rao demanded an apology from the Chief Minister or warned of legal consequences.

Rama Rao clarified that neither he nor his family have any connections with the company, Globarena. He criticized the Chief Minister for spreading what he termed as fake news and urged him to act responsibly in his role. Rama Rao emphasized that the allegations were baseless and stated that his legal team would be taking action against the Chief Minister.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy had accused K.T. Rama Rao of involvement with Globarena during a rally in Kodangal. He alleged that the company’s actions in 2019, during BRS’s tenure, resulted in the tragic loss of 27 students’ lives due to irregularities in the Intermediate exam results. Reddy claimed that Globarena, which he linked to Rama Rao, was awarded a project despite lacking the necessary qualifications, allegedly under political pressure.
