Renowned singer Kailash Kher has embarked on a religious journey this year, following visits to Kedarnath Temple. Recently, he sought divine blessings at Badrinath Dham, sharing photos on his official Instagram amidst the snow-clad mountains. Kher was seen adorned with a Rudraksh mala and chandan tilak, symbolic of Lord Shiva.
Earlier this month, Kher also visited Kedarnath Temple, where he performed his devotional track ‘Bam Lahiri’ dedicated to Lord Shiva. He posted a video of himself in front of the temple, surrounded by the majestic Himalayan mountains, singing the devotional song. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, Kedarnath Temple is one of India’s twelve Jyotirlingas, while Badrinath Temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu, both located in the Garhwal Division of Uttarakhand.
Apart from his spiritual endeavors, Kher recently released a new song titled “Jogi,” a musical tribute to Adi Shankaracharya. The song narrates the legendary journey of Shankaracharya and the establishment of sacred Mathas. Kher expressed that “Jogi” holds deep personal significance for him, representing an inward journey resonating with the timeless essence of truth and spirituality.
