Actress Kalki Koechlin recently shared her challenging experience dealing with heartbreak, which led to severe sleeping problems. Speaking on a podcast hosted by Soha Ali Khan, Koechlin revealed, “I did have a series of months of insomnia from heartbreak, and it really made me realise how psychological it all is.” She described how she would wake up in the middle of the night unable to sleep, feeling disoriented and confused, sometimes unsure if she was awake or dreaming.
