He was recognized for his roles in ‘Milana’ and ‘U Turn’ and is survived by his wife and two children. Kannada star Rishab Shetty, in a condolence message, praised Dileep Raj as not just a talented actor, director, and producer but also a genuinely good person. Despite limited interactions, Shetty emphasized the lasting impact Dileep Raj had on him. Dileep Raj, known for his contributions to theatre, television, and films, debuted in 2005 with ‘Boyfriend’ and gained fame for his role as a villain in ‘Milana’.
His performance in the successful thriller ‘U-Turn’ further solidified his reputation. Recently, he appeared in ‘Love Mocktail 3’, the final installment of a popular franchise. Dileep Raj also made a mark in television serials, notably in ‘Hitler Kalyana’, a show he produced and starred in. Additionally, he was a renowned dubbing artist, lending his voice to various films, including ‘Aa Dinagalu’.
