Karnataka BJP President and MLA B.Y. Vijayendra criticized Minister Priyank Kharge for targeting the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) for political gains. Vijayendra defended the RSS, highlighting its commitment to transparency, national service, dedication, and sacrifice.

Vijayendra accused Priyank Kharge of benefiting from assets worth nearly Rs 5,000 crore acquired by his family from Associated Journals Limited through the Young Indian company. He also alleged that extremist organizations under minority identities were involved in anti-national activities and receiving illegal foreign donations.

Referring to recent questions about the RSS’s registration status, Vijayendra mentioned that RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat had already responded to such criticisms. He criticized Priyank Kharge for attacking the RSS as a political strategy to please the Nehru-Gandhi family, questioning the minister’s commitment to preventing anti-national activities.
