Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah accused of serious electoral malpractice in Sringeri Assembly constituency, claiming a “criminal conspiracy” in handling postal ballots and vote counting. Alleging a criminal conspiracy and systematic vote theft, Siddaramaiah expressed concerns over the tampering of votes in favor of Rajegowda. The Chief Minister criticized the BJP, suggesting possible misuse of officials to manipulate ballot papers during the recount process.
Siddaramaiah raised questions about the validity of the votes and the role of election officials in ensuring fair elections.
