Karnataka started strong in the second innings, claiming two quick wickets against Jammu and Kashmir, who were at 11/2 by Lunch on Day 4 of the Ranji Trophy final. Qamran Iqbal stood unbeaten at 6.
In their second innings, Jammu and Kashmir struggled after a 291-run lead, with Prasidh Krishna dismissing Yawer Hassan and Shubham Pundir early on. Shubham managed only 4 runs before being caught by KL Shrijith.
Earlier in the day, Jammu and Kashmir broke the partnership between Mayank Agarwal and Kruthik Krishna, with Kruthik falling to Sahil Lotra and Vidyadhar Patil to Sushil Kumar, leaving Karnataka at 256/7.
