The U-19 T20 National Cricket Championship for the Deaf 2026 concluded with Karnataka U-19 triumphing over Haryana U-19 by five wickets. The tournament, held at RDT Stadium Cricket Ground in Anantapur, showcased talented young deaf cricketers from across the country. A. Malola, District Revenue Officer of Anantapur, graced the closing ceremony as the Chief Guest.
The championship, organized by the Deaf Cricket Association of Andhra Pradesh (DCAAP), featured 10 state teams competing in 23 league matches from June 22 to 26, 2026. Karnataka U-19, after winning the toss and choosing to field, restricted Haryana U-19 to 74 all out in 15.5 overs. In response, Karnataka U-19 chased down the target, scoring 78/5 in 13.5 overs to secure victory.
The Indian Deaf Cricket Association (IDCA), supported by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), is recognized by the Deaf International Cricket Council (DICC) and the Asian Deaf Cricket Association (ADCA). Karnataka U-19 emerged as the champions of the championship, with Haryana U-19 as the runners-up and Delhi U-19 securing the third place.
