National Award-winning actress Konkona Sen Sharma, awaiting the release of her upcoming streaming movie ‘Accused,’ shared her self-critical nature during a recent interview. She expressed discomfort in labeling herself as an artist at times, revealing a more introspective side.

During the film’s promotions, Konkona discussed her perspective on power and social capital. She emphasized her inward focus, stating that she avoids dwelling on external perceptions. Konkona admitted to occasional self-criticism but highlighted the value of introspection and self-reflection.

Konkona Sen Sharma emphasized the importance of building an inner world rather than being overly concerned with external judgments. She noted the limited control individuals have over their public image and advocated for nurturing a rich inner life. ‘Accused’ is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on February 27, 2026.
