Villagers shared their reasons for backing the BJP, citing a need to address the alleged atrocities under the current government.
Attendees at the rally, including an elderly villager and a man who took time off work, expressed admiration for PM Modi, considering him an important figure and an inspiration. They highlighted their anticipation to hear his speech and learn about the BJP’s plans for the state’s youth.
PM Modi, in his address, criticized the Trinamool Congress for mistreating potato farmers and promised to address the issue. He emphasized the need to eliminate exploitation in the agricultural sector and assured the youth of job opportunities through ‘rozgar melas’ in Bengal, affirming the BJP’s commitment to their welfare.
