The promises, highlighted during a rally in Krishnanagar ahead of the Assembly elections, included a strong emphasis on women’s safety. One woman at the event commended Modi’s commitment to establishing a women’s police station in each block to ensure women’s security and providing monthly financial aid of Rs 3,000.
In addition to prioritizing women’s safety, PM Modi vowed to secure the state’s borders and focus on job creation. A young individual voiced satisfaction with the Prime Minister’s emphasis on employment opportunities over mere allowances. Stressing the importance of jobs for the youth, he expressed contentment with Modi’s promises, stating the desire for a government that prioritizes job creation.
Expanding his guarantees to ten, PM Modi reiterated his commitment to punishing those who harm women in Bengal, ensuring the presence of a women’s police station in every block, and facilitating women’s recruitment into the police force. He also pledged financial support for pregnant women, initiatives for girls’ education, and assistance for women pursuing self-employment.
