Lord’s Cricket Ground, known for hosting prestigious cricket events, will be the venue for the Indian Mixed Disability Cricket Team’s final match in England. Following their tour, the team will play a Mixed Disability International T20 match at Lord’s in August. The England Disability Cricket Board shared the schedule for the seven-match series, which includes a potential series decider at Lord’s.
The Men’s IT20 series will kick off on August 5 at the County Ground, Derby, with the first match scheduled at 14.30 BST. Subsequently, the second match will also take place at the same venue on August 7. On August 8, the England Mixed Disability team will face their Indian counterparts in the third IT20 match at Grace Road in Leicester, followed by the fifth match at the County Ground in Hove.
On August 15, which marks India’s Independence Day, the fifth IT20 will be held at Arundel, with the teams meeting again on August 16 at the same venue. The series will culminate with the seventh and final IT20 match on August 19 at Lord’s Cricket Ground at 14.30 BST. This match will mark India’s return visit after hosting England’s Mixed Disability team earlier in Greater Noida and Jaipur.
In a previous encounter, the Indian Mixed Disability team had visited England for a seven-match T20 series in 2025, where the home side emerged victorious. The upcoming series will provide another opportunity for both teams to showcase their skills on the iconic Lord’s cricket ground.
