A day before Rahul Gandhi’s scheduled arrival in Indore, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav criticized the Congress leader, accusing him of politicizing the deaths of people in Bhagirathpura due to contaminated water. Yadav highlighted that while people died in Congress-ruled states like Hyderabad and Himachal Pradesh, Gandhi did not visit those places.

Addressing an event in Narmadapuram district, Chief Minister Yadav transferred funds under the Ladli Behna Yojana and Ujwala Yojana to beneficiaries. He emphasized his actions in response to the Indore water tragedy, including the suspension of an IAS officer. Yadav also referenced the Bhopal Gas Tragedy and criticized the Congress for historical events.

Rahul Gandhi is set to visit Indore, where he will meet patients in the hospital and visit Bhagirathpura. Several individuals are still receiving treatment, with some in critical condition.
