The Maharashtra Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) unit president, Ravindra Chavan, revealed plans to introduce statewide initiatives aimed at spreading the party’s nationalist beliefs among the public. Chavan highlighted that the BJP intends to enhance its presence at the booth level and showcase the accomplishments of both central and state governments to every household in Maharashtra. These efforts were announced during a flag-hoisting ceremony at the BJP state headquarters to commemorate the party’s foundation day.
Chavan emphasized the significance of this occasion in enabling party workers to engage with the masses. He outlined a series of programs to be conducted at the Mandal level over the next week, underscoring the historical contributions of dedicated party members. Chavan expressed his gratitude for leading an organization deeply rooted in a robust ideology.
Additionally, the party reiterated its dedication to realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a ‘Developed India’ (Viksit Bharat). The state unit affirmed its commitment to operating effectively under the leadership of National President Nitin Nabin and the guidance of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Keshav Upadhye, the State Vice President, described the party’s journey from inception to the present as a fulfillment of Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s aspirations, framing the celebrations across Maharashtra as a testament to unwavering nationalism.
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis extended warm wishes to all BJP workers on the party’s Foundation Day, acknowledging their tireless efforts for the nation. Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule and Rajya Sabha member Vinod Tawde also conveyed their heartfelt greetings, recognizing the party’s longstanding service to the nation. Former Mumbai unit chief Ashish Shelar celebrated the occasion by hoisting the BJP flag at his residence, emphasizing his allegiance to the party and its values.
