In response to the tragic accident that claimed Pawar’s life along with four others, Fadnavis extended sympathy to the bereaved families and canceled his scheduled programs to visit Baramati. Karnataka Deputy CM D.K. Shivakumar also expressed shock over Pawar’s sudden demise, highlighting Pawar’s progressive leadership and emphasizing the need for caution among politicians during travel.
Shivakumar called for patience until a detailed report on the plane crash is available, refraining from speculating on technical faults. He acknowledged Pawar’s significant role in Maharashtra politics and extended prayers for his soul to rest in peace, urging strength for his family and supporters in this difficult time.
