Malayalam actors Rahman and Suraj Venjaramoodu, along with others from the industry, expressed shock and sorrow over the sudden death of actor Santosh Nair in a car accident. Rahman, in an Instagram post, remembered Nair as a dear friend with whom he shared many screen moments. Despite on-screen rivalry, Nair was described as a kind-hearted person and a close companion off-screen.

Rahman reminisced about the bond they shared, especially the joyful moments after work, highlighting the simplicity and happiness of those times spent together. Expressing deep sadness, Rahman bid farewell to his friend, hoping for Nair’s soul to rest in peace. Suraj Venjaramoodu also mourned Nair’s passing, recalling their last film together and the laughter-filled moments they shared.

Actor Santhosh Nair, aged 65, tragically lost his life in a car accident near Adoor in Pathanamthitta district. The accident, which occurred on the MC Road, involved Nair’s car colliding with a parcel lorry. Despite immediate medical attention, Nair passed away due to a heart attack, while his wife and the lorry driver sustained injuries and are receiving medical care.
